Shipping policy

Shipping time and costs vary. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case that it is not, email us as soon as possible (same day of order) so that we can change it on our end before mailing.

Once the package is given to the post office, we rely on the mail service to deliver packages within the time frame. Significant delays may happen due to the pandemic, weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.

Client is responsible for any VAT, duties, or other extra international fees.

** PLEASE NOTE- Aspen and Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they cannot be replaced or refunded. Please file a mail claim with USPS.
