Repairs & Care

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer limited repair services for Aspen & Co. vests and capes. 

Repairs are generally intended for items within the first 6-12 months of normal use, but all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Items that have been altered, modified, or had components added after purchase will not be eligible for repair or warranty service.


What We Offer

We offer repairs specific to straps and buckle hardware only, including:

Girth strap replacement

Chest strap replacement

Buckle or hardware repair that's located on the straps

Repairs are offered as a courtesy and may vary depending on condition.

Repair Process

To request a repair:

Contact us with your order details, a brief description, and a clear photograph.

 Once approved, ship the item back using a tracked service (client is responsible for shipping to us). 

Repairs begin once the item is received. Aspen & Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit prior to delivery

Repairs are typically completed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Return shipping will be invoiced prior to shipment  back to client (typically $8–10)

Important Use Guidelines

Aspen & Co. vests are designed to be worn using the included chest and girth straps as intended.

Alternative configurations or repositioning of straps may place added stress on attachment points and affect long-term wear.

What We Cannot Cover

We are unable to offer repairs for:

Aspen & Co. does not provide cleaning services. Items are repaired and returned in the same condition as received, with the exception of the covered repair.

To maintain longevity, we recommend spot cleaning your vest as needed.

Fabric, embroidery, zippers, or structured panel damage

Items that have been altered or modified after purchase will not be adjusted or repaired.

Damage resulting from misuse or unintended wear configurations

Additional Notes

* Repairs are offered as a one-time courtesy per item. Repeat repair requests for the same item may be declined.

Repair eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis

We reserve the right to decline repairs that fall outside of standard wear

• Items returned in heavily soiled, unsanitary, or odor-present condition may be refused. Please note if refused, we cannot ship said item back until return shipping is paid. 

* Repairs do not extend or reset any original coverage period.
