Aspen and Co., a woman-owned dog boutique in Southern California, offers stylish and sustainable products for dogs and their owners. When not designing, the owner enjoys creating art with family, exploring nature with her dogs, Aspen and Honey, and loves a good book. Aspen and Co. has a storefront on Etsy, and this site serves as a home base with exclusives and our full collections that you can't find anywhere else.

At Aspen and Co., we elevate your furry friend's style with handcrafted, personalized accessories and complimentary human items. Our high-quality, unique creations are meticulously made by hand—each fabric is carefully chosen, and every piece is sewn and embroidered by the owner to ensure a distinct, standout look.

We ship several times throughout the week to ensure your dogs are on their way to looking as fabulous as we know they are! We can't wait to see your furry best friend wearing their Aspen and Co. gear!

About Aspen and Co. Handmade Products

Aspen and Co. is a premium accessory brand for dogs (and you too) located in California. Each item is meticulously handcrafted using premium materials with both style and comfort in mind, and above all else, quality craftmanship. We print on fabric using water based inks, utilizing small business manufactures located in the United States and every fabric is individually hand cut and sewn with a made to order model in our studio, never mass produced; this makes your item truly unique with efforts towards sustainability.  Pattern color/size may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade items.

Disclaimer

Because all of our products are handmade, they may vary slightly; this includes the pattern placement, color, size and shape. This means no two items are exactly the same which makes the products unique just for you!

At Aspen and Co., we prioritize the comfort and safety of your dog. Our handcrafted accessories are designed with their style and well-being in mind. However, it is important to remember that our products are not animal proof. They can be torn, chewed, and taken off. We recommend monitoring the pet while they are wearing any accessories and removing them if they seem uncomfortable or irritated. Safety should always be a top priority.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to or by you or your pet.
Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing or using our products. As our bandanas, collars, and bowties, etc are meant to be tied, put on, and/or snapped around the neck, it poses a choking hazard. Aspen and Co. is not responsible for any damage or other issues due to use or misuse.

Return / Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to the fact that our items are handmade to your specific print and sizing needs and we have a quick production time!  Sizing can be selected from the menu on the listings and approximate sizing guides are placed within each product description for your convenience.

Please note that when we participate in giveaways, failure to follow the terms of said giveaway prior to ordering cannot be met with refund, exchanges, credits or offsets contrary to our other policies. 

Shipping Policy + Production Time 

Shipping time and costs vary. Above our site is our header which lists our current production time which may change, please contact us if you have any questions ( approximately 3-4 business days for bandanas and accessories, and 6-8 business days for human items, excluding personalized embroidered pieces which will list the production and shipping times within the listing). Production time is the time it takes to CREATE your order BEFORE we take it to the post office to be shipped.  If you order multiple items with different production times, your items will ship all together when they are all complete.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case that it is not, email us (fetch@shopaspenandco.com) as soon as possible (same day of order) so that we can change it on our end before mailing. Should your order address be incorrect you can repurchase a shipping label and we will re-ship your order when it arrives back to us in full after the client has purchased a label through our system, should we have already mailed the item out.
Once the package is handed over to the postal service, we rely on their efficiency to deliver it within the specified time frame.  While we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping, please be aware, that significant delays may happen due to external factors such as the pandemic, weather or other circumstances so please keep that in mind when placing an order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
If you are placing an international order, please note that you may be responsible for additional fees such as  VAT, duties, or other customs charges. These fees are determined by your country's regulations and are beyond our control.
LOST or Stolen Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your package, Aspen and Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and they cannot be replaced or refunded. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we recommend filing a mail claim with the postal service for further assistance. 

 

Will we participate in your giveaway?

We cannot participate in external giveaways. As a small business we simply cannot afford to give away free products beyond what we may have meticulously planned accordingly for in-house. However, if you would like to purchase a gift card or other product from Aspen and Co for your giveaway, we will share your giveaway in our Instagram story to help it gain traction! Please let us know and send us a direct message on instagram (@shopaspenandco)! Please note that when we do participate in giveaways, failure to follow the terms of said giveaway prior to ordering cannot be met with refund, exchanges, credits or offsets contrary to our other policies. Please make sure to read the terms of the giveaway, and our item descriptions.

Can I have a free product in exchange for a post about it/collaboration?

We are not doing gift, "collabs" or  sponsored content at this time, but if you love Aspen and Co, we are thrilled you have decided to shop small! It really does make difference.

Can I carry Aspen and Co. in my physical boutique/retail store?


Personal Use

Products are intended for personal use and cannot be resold for profit under any circumstances unless processed as a wholesale order. Discount codes cannot be shared on coupon websites under any circumstances.
